Small businesses and entrepreneurs hire me for admin support and to act as their part time “virtual assistant”.
My experience in food service, from Server to General Manager to Purchaser/Supervisor for a family owned restaurant chain was an amazing job. I was responsible for many aspects of the business: budgeting and P & L monitoring, hiring and firing, research and development for food items and restaurant equipment, inventory management, customer relations, employee supervision, and assisted with opening several new high volume locations.

I live in Anderson, South Carolina, with my husband, on several acres that border a beautifully quiet (except for an occasional moo) cow pasture.
I worked for some amazing companies and learned a lot of things from some of the smartest people that I know. And then in February 2026, everything changed when I was laid off. After a relentless, frustrating job search, I made the decision to go off on my own and created Two Extra Hands Virtual Assistant.
My new venture will allow me to provide support for new business owners as well as entrepreneurs, so that they can take the time needed to actually run their business and improve their bottom line, instead of dealing with the tedious details in the administrative process.
